Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) has gained enormous popularity on social media and health podcasts—and with good reason. In my professional opinion, it’s one of the most effective forms of bodywork available today.
MLD is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the body’s natural detoxification process by encouraging healthy lymph flow. It helps reduce swelling, enhances circulation, and creates a profound sense of lightness and calm. Many of my clients find that MLD helps them recover faster from travel fatigue, surgery, or stress, leaving them feeling clear, rejuvenated, and balanced.
I’m certified in the Vodder Technique, one of the most respected methods of lymphatic drainage worldwide, known for its precision and effectiveness.
